Valentine’s Day (and everyday) Love Thyself (not your love handles)
There
are so many ways to pamper yourself, today and everyday!
I am
not talking about eating dark chocolate (which have ingredients that lower
blood pressure and fight disease) or strawberries (the “queen of fruits” that
have health benefits) or even oysters (a powerful aphrodisiac). I am talking
about splurges that are not just food related. There are many ways you can show
yourself some love and gratitude (mostly inexpensive and some a bit more
indulgent) on Valentine’s Day and any other day of the year.
Here
are some ways to love & pamper yourself on valentine’s day & every day:
Take a Bubble Bath
Give yourself a manicure/pedicure
Use a homemade face mask
Set aside some time to read a book you’re into
Write yourself a love letter, noting all your great accomplishments
Take a walk outside
Do a yoga session for your body, mind, and soul
Allow yourself to indulge in your favorite dessert
Participate in your favorite exercise class
Schedule a massage
